The TCUK conference is an educational and professional event for the benefit of delegates and, with the exception of supplier meetings organized under a sponsorship agreement, it should not be a commercial promotion. I accept the offer of the OWASP Foundation Inc., (the "Company"), to participate as a conference keynote, speaker or coach (a "moderator") at the following event ("Conference"), subject to the conditions set out here. In order to ensure the smooth running and smooth running of the TCUK conference, we ask all stakeholders to comply with the following agreement. Please read these terms carefully, as they explain your responsibility as a speaker at TCUK. You must send us a summary of your presentation within 28 days of our reception, which we will publish on the TCUK website and in the printed program of the conference. If you do not send a summary, we will use the information you provided in the application form. In this agreement, "you" and "you" refer to the speaker or speakers who submitted a proposal for the TCUK conference and the terms "we" and "our" and "we" refer to the organizers of TCUK and/or istC. The term "written" means by letter or email. In the unavoidable situation where I am unable to fulfill my reporting obligation, I will immediately notify the main point of contact of the event by phone or email so that the company can find another reference for my meeting. If I violate the terms of this Agreement or if I do not meet the deadlines, the Company reserves the right to replace me as moderator by another moderator of my company or organization or another company or other organization, at the sole discretion of the company. You must inform us in writing of the specific requirements for your presentation no later than 42 days before the conference (z.B. if you want workshop participants to bring their own laptops). ANCOR provides all participants with electronic copies of your slides via the conference app.

We are pleased to present an offer at the annual ANCOR 2019 conference in Portland, Oregon, May 6-8, 2019. The conference will be held at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel. If we accept your proposal, you will need to confirm your participation within 14 days of receiving our acceptance. Your confirmation of presence means that you will respect this agreement. If you do not confirm this within 14 days, we may propose your meeting to another speaker. You are responsible for booking and paying for your own travel and accommodation. Please use the registration form on the TCUK website to book your accommodation at the meeting hotel. Accommodation at the meeting hotel is limited, so make your reservation as soon as possible. Video and photographic photographs, videos, direct quotes and/or audio clips of speakers and participants attending the annual ANCOR 2019 conference are the exclusive property of ANCOR, which can be used for many purposes, including, but not exclusively, publications; promotional brochures Actions or program presentation on our website presentation of activities in local and/or national or inseisso newspapers, and for other similar legal purposes.
