This agreement is not obliged to require Pangeanic to maintain new relations or other trade agreements with the translator. The supplier takes all necessary steps to enforce and explain all the terms of this agreement to employees, independent contractors, subcontractors and consultants who provide translation services for the benefit of the company. The supplier is aware that this framework contract alone should not support special treatment by the company and is considered a promise of future business. The translator and Pangeanic intend to specify the conditions for Pangeanic to provide this confidential information to the translator. The translator must process confidential information confidentially and not disclose this information to third parties, including as part of an appropriate confidentiality agreement between the translator and that third party, and may not use that information for his own benefit or for the benefit of a third party, without Pangeanic having previously given his written consent, but that this does not apply to information that does not apply to information that : Like any other supplier contract or agreement you already have, Pangeanic`s supplier contract and confidentiality agreement covers issues such as: The supplier agrees that all documents and information you have received from the company`s customer and all company information are strictly confidential and that this information is not disclosed or made available to third parties without the Company`s prior written consent. Any provision of this agreement, including the price list, may be amended by individual agreements concluded in writing.

The supplier will provide high quality translation work and follow all the quality procedures specified by the company, applying specific guidelines (spelling verification, correction, use of consistent terminology, use of specific customer terminology...) as stated in each order. If you accept each task, you hereafter confirm that the returned file has been verified according to the translation checklist list indicated in the project mission email. All rights to files and data created by the supplier under the contract, including intermediate files and data, are transferred to the company`s customer for payment. This agreement is governed by Spanish law. The court is the court of the city of Valencia. This agreement will enter into force at the signing of both parties and will remain in force indefinitely. Any party that imposes three months in writing on the other party in question may terminate it at any time. The supplier contract and our confidentiality agreement are written agreements to minimize disputes over the rights and obligations of each party.
